\nHow do I buy a gift card?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

Choose a card in the shop, select its value, add it to your cart and place your order. You only need your name and a valid email address. For a step-by-step guide, see How to buy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nHow do I pay for my order?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

Shop prices are shown in Russian rubles. After you place an order, we send you a confirmation and payment instructions. Once payment is confirmed, we send the activation code to your email address.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nDo I need to register?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

No. You can order without registering by providing your name and email address. If you create an account, you can view your order history there.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nWhat currency are prices and card values shown in?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

All payments are in Russian rubles, so you do not need a foreign bank card to buy from us. The card value shown on the product page is the amount credited to your account after activation.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nCan I buy several cards at once?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

Yes. Add the cards and values you need to your cart and place a single order. Your codes will arrive in one email.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Regions and activation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\nWhy does the card's region matter?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

Cards are issued for specific countries and can only be redeemed on an account in the same region. Before buying, check your account's region in the relevant store, such as the App Store, PlayStation Store or Steam.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nHow do I check my account's region?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

Look for the country in your profile or billing address in the service's account settings. If you are unsure, contact us before buying and we will help you check.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nCan I use a VPN to redeem a card from another region?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

We do not recommend this. Redeeming a card through a VPN may violate the service's rules and lead to your account being blocked. Make sure your account's region matches the card's region before activation.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nHow do I redeem my code?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

Each product page includes step-by-step instructions for the relevant service, also included in the email with your code. Check your account's region again before redeeming the code.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nDo gift cards expire?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

The expiry date depends on the service and is usually listed in the card's instructions. We recommend redeeming your card soon after buying it.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nHow soon will I receive my activation code?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

We email your code after confirming payment, usually within an hour and no later than 24 hours after payment.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nWhere will I receive my code?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

We send it to the email address you provided at checkout. If you have an account, you can also find the code in your order history.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nI haven't received the email with my code. What should I do?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

Check your spam folder and the email address on your order. If the email has not arrived after an hour, contact support with your order number and we will resend the code.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nCan I return or exchange a card?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

An activation code is a digital product and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. If the code is invalid, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. After checking the issue, we will replace the code or refund your payment.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nHow do I contact support?<\/summary>\n\n\n\n
